| Strain description |
The DgkβKO mice are knockout mice deficient for diacylglycerol kinase, beta (Dgkβ) gene. Dgkβ is highly expressed in the neurvous system. The mice show short-term and long-term spatial memory disorders with hyperactivity disorder. The strain was produced by the Sleeping Beauty transposon system. |
