Strain description

A mouse expressing a nuclear-localized FRET biosensor monitoring ERK activity and a red calcium sensor under a CAG promoter. The biosensor is not expressed prior to Cre activation, but tissue-specific expression becomes possible through mating with a Cre mouse.
