Mice for the production of a conditional KO of the parchorin (CLIC6, chloride intracellular channel 6) gene, in which exon 1 of parchorin is flanked by loxP sequences and a PGK-neo flanked by Frt sequences was introduced in the downstream of the loxP sequence. CLIC6 gene knockout mice can be generated by mating with Cre-expressing mice. |
